Fred has been a Real Estate Broker in Southern California since 2004 and has closed over 1,000 transactions in his career. Fred currently runs a real estate team, The Fred Sed Group, in Orange County, San Diego County, and Los Angeles County that consists of 30 team members that consistently do over 200 transactions, $125 Million in sales, and $3 Million in GCI annually.
In addition to Fred’s real estate business, he’s a certified national real estate agent trainer for Keller Williams and PLACE. Over his training career Fred has trained over 10,000 real estate agents on various aspects of real estate. Some of the topics have included:
