3 Lead Generation Pillars Every Real Estate Agent Should Operate By header image.

People have been asking me so far this year, "Shifting market or not, what are some lead generation pillars that are working for your team in Southern California?"

Absolutely! In fact, I have three that I want to share.

1.) Past Clients

My team has worked with more repeat clients this year than we have in previous years as we've been consistently calling them, keeping in touch consistently, and understanding what their needs are in terms of real estate and their buying & selling requirements

2.) Circle Prospecting

This has been huge for my team this year. Circle prospecting is when we cold call communities, building relationships over time, and nurturing these homeowners for when they're ready to sell their home, and then earning the opportunity to list their property. 

3.) Open Houses

Open houses have allowed my team, in the past year alone, to generate more relationships with buyers and sellers to help them with their real estate needs. 


Overall, these are the three lead-generation pillars that have been working for my Southern California team. So I suggest implementing one or all three of them into your business so that you can have similar success to what my team and I have been having.
