Are YOU prepared for the fourth quarter?

It's no surprise that 2022 has been drastically different from previous years for real estate agents. The market's shifting and I personally want you to know that as real estate agents we must be fully prepared for the fourth quarter of this year.

Do not underestimate a proper plan and how that would help us in achieving the goals we have.

Ask yourself, "What have I achieved so far this year in the first three quarters?"

Then you have to look at what you still want to achieve in terms of home sales, which equals income for you and your family. Where is the business going to come from that you'll be able to do so that you can hit the numbers that you need to hit at a minimum level so that you can net what you need?

So you have to be 100% clear on where your business is going to come from - is it going to come from open houses, circle prospecting, database, online?

What kind of activity do you need to do on a regular basis to be able to get the clients you need, so that you can get the number of closings you need?

I must reiterate: do not underestimate having a great plan walking into the fourth quarter. Because when you knock it out of the park, it will guarantee you success heading into the first quarter of 2023.
