People often ask me, "Fred, what have you done to be so successful in the real estate industry? What's the magic pill for success?"

Well, I've got news for you - there isn't!

I can sit here and tell you it's being consistent with your work and so on...

But the truth is you have to follow a specific set of principles that apply to you and your business. My team and I have a set of principles that we operate by called the success principles.

1.) Know what to say - it's important to have the right script for the right person. Whether it's a buyer or seller, you need the proper script for each persona. 

2.) Have enough people to say it to - In order to say your scripts, you have to have enough people to reach out to in your database to have those conversations with.

3.) Say it enough times - You want to build the confidence to close the number of times necessary to earn the right to have those appointments and conversations!
