As we quickly approach the end of 2022, now is definitely the time for all real estate agents to evaluate their current productivity and find ways to increase it.

It's no secret that the market has taken a drastic shift since the year started, so adjusting to the new market that's to come is the smart move.

Whether you're a real estate agent who's been in the industry for years or you're fresh off the block, it's crucial to look at what your current goals are and ask yourself if what you're doing will help you reach those goals. If not, it's time to restrategize.

Let's take an example: open houses.

If you were doing one open house PER WEEK, and closing 6, 10, or 12 deals a year before this market shift, I've got news for you...

One open house won't cut it where we're heading and here's why:

The number of closed transactions, and activity in general, has decreased by up to 50% at the moment.

This means, as a real estate agent, you'll have to double or triple your activity just to be able to hit the same numbers you previously were.

The market has shifted and so must you. If you want to be able to hit the same numbers you're used to, or more, schedule a strategy session with us to learn more about how to become the best in your area.
